When are the contact points open?

The opening hours of the Census contact points are the same as the opening hours of the branches at which they are established. What awaits you at the contact point?
At the Census contact points, you can obtain a paper Census form with an envelope, or an additional form for multi-member households. When picking up the form, it is necessary to state the address where you live (or the specific dwelling too). By scanning an identification barcode the form will be assigned to this address. The completed paper form can also be submitted at the contact points. If necessary, it is possible to also obtain printed translations of the paper form in 7 languages (English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Roma). It serves as a guide for filling in the original form in Czech. The contact point employee will perform a basic check of the completed form and, if necessary, will ask you to resolve the identified deficiencies. The operation of the contact points will be ensured while complying to all currently valid hygiene measures.
